These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations of Juli’s Therapeutic Care.

By Booking an appointment via Fresha , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Do not continue to use Juli’s Therapeutic Care if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Terms of Booking

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to ensure we can best accommodate all our clients.

Appointments must be booked in advance

  • Sessions run for the booked time only (late arrival reduces treatment time).

  • Clients are kindly requested to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment and ensure their consultation form is completed in advance.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy - for single sessions + Packages :

Rescheduling involves changing the date or time of your booking, and we will always do our utmost to find a time that works for you. However, if you need to cancel and are unable to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and honor the time reserved for you.

  • For clients on discounted packages, the late cancellation fee is calculated based on the standard single-session rate, not the discounted package rate.

  • The package session will remain unused and a separate late cancellation fee will apply.

  • Failure to attend without notice will result in the deduction of one full session from the package.

  • Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of reason as it helps us manage our schedule efficiently and honour the time reserved for you.

To reschedule/cancel via FRESHA APP, that you initially booked through. Everything is managed via FRESHA app to ensure efficiency and accuracy, so please do not cancel via phone call, texts, Social Media platforms: Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, as it may be not be seen during treatments.

Personal Information/Medical Conditions and Guidance :

  • Please inform us of any existing medical conditions, such as injuries, allergies, or other health concerns, prior to your session to ensure we can deliver safe and suitable services within the consent form

  • It is essential that you provide accurate complete information when booking services, including personal details, contact information, and any relevant health or medical history.

  • It is vital that you notify us of any changes since your last treatment of your medical condition, health history, or personal circumstances that may affect your treatment.

  • Practitioner may modify or refuse treatment if necessary

Consent to Treatment

  • By booking, clients consent to receive the treatment booked

  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time during the session

Pricing + Payments

  • Prices are subject to change with notice

  • Payment is required before or at time of treatment

  • Card-on-file may be required for booking

Right to Refuse Service

  • Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time : including for safety, health, or conduct reasons

Results & Outcomes Disclaimer

  • No guarantee of results or symptom resolution

  • Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment

Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

  • Sports massage carries normal physical risks (e.g. soreness, bruising)

  • Client accepts responsibility for post-treatment care

  • Clinic not liable for injuries caused by non-disclosure or non-compliance

Hygiene & Client Conduct

  • Clients must maintain appropriate hygiene

  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of session

  • Full fee may still apply in such cases

Minors

  • Clients under 18 require parental/guardian consent

  • A guardian may be required to be present

Changes to Terms

  • Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time

  • Continued booking implies acceptance of updated terms

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Client data is stored securely

  • Information will not be shared without consent
